 I`m learning about distance Reiki today. I know, who am I going to ask to be my first one... He is suggesting a close friend. Done. Jake is suggesting using a teddy bear as a physical object when performing a distance Reiki. I learnt something important today. The healing energy is going where needed. The hands are just for channelling. Never knew that before. 

Update will come later when I get my Level 2 and performed distance Reiki.

 What I have done, is started a shorter version of Self Reiki. I just hold every positures till 10 breaths. And you know what? It`s worked. I felt the energy again, and it was a good and familiar feeling. So I`ll extend the time slowly. I don`t want to fall asleep too early, as I want to practise as much as possible.

 So,...

A month passed now and there were no new posts. My apologies for this, guys. I went for a short Scottish holiday and started my work later... But now I just feel that something is missing. So I`ll start to practice again and will continue my learning and posting as well. It will be strange to do it just before bedtime, but let me see! In my next post, I`ll be going to share how is the bedtime practice going. Hopefully, see you all soon!

My Reiki routine

 Welcome again!

So today I`ll tell you what is working for me when I`m practising Reiki. I think it is different for everyone, but you can give it a try...

I`m using the bedroom. I like it tidy, if not, quick tidying first. Usually, I make it dark. I`m taking off all my jewellery, turning off all devices to make it quiet. I`m using Sandalwood oil on the burner, which helps me to relax better. The phone turns to quiet mode as well. At first, I tried in a sitting posture, but later on, I changed to laying down. I`m practising Reiki after I wake up. Later, I`ll need to change the time, but I`ll give you an upgrade. I grounding my energy first then starting my Reiki.

Daily routines

 Nowadays I`m practising my level 1 self-healing (trying to do it every day, however...), and still learning the new parts from my online course. 

Self-healing progress: Both of my ankles are broken for a long time now. I just started to feel some pain in one, strangely only when I`m having a shower. It is gone now, after two sections. Hope never came back! 

A new word and writing to learn for today: Sei He Ki.

Level One Attunement and some practise

 Hi to all. Just finished my attunement. I have never been more relaxed in my life. I made the room dark and it works really well for me. I still smell the Sandalwood in the air. I didn`t use the music, the attunement video has its own music, which was great. The video was clear, easy to follow and it's given me simple instructions. I felt the energy! At first, in my palms, as it's vibrating. Later on, as my teacher went through the chakras, I felt the energy going through my body, like opening every chakra to let the energy flow. As the instruction said I tried to use Reiki on myself. I used the position, where you place your hands over your face. I felt the energy feeling me, I saw pictures. I saw the sun and lotus flowers and saw many things I never saw before, so I can`t really explain them to you... Quick update: I have (had) a little cold. After the Reiki pose, I had a runny nose. Now my smell just feels better than any time in my life... Can it be? Thank you, Reiki! 🙏💓

Level one attunement

 Now it`s all about level one attunement. How to set up a relaxing place, how to get ready for it. I`m a social smoker, so usually, no fags during the daytime. And a social drinker so no alcohol as well :). I`m thinking about my bedroom as the right place for it. I`ll be going to use some incense sticks. I have a comfortable chair so I`ll go for a sitting position. I think it`s time to find some good music on Spotify. So.... Jamie Llewellyn : Music for Reiki Attunement, Vol.2. I love it! Great music. It Will helps me to relax...I have a little bolt on the door, and I can mute my phone... My children are not morning persons, so I`ll have a relaxing 2 hours in the morning. I`m next to the windows, can pull the curtain to make it dark. Some orchids are next to me, so plants are ticked as well. Jake said, that I need to think about all of my senses to make a relaxing space for attunement. By the way, got some Sandalwood fragrance oil as well.. One more thing to do. My table is quite messy, so it`s cleaning time..
