 What I have done, is started a shorter version of Self Reiki. I just hold every positures till 10 breaths. And you know what? It`s worked. I felt the energy again, and it was a good and familiar feeling. So I`ll extend the time slowly. I don`t want to fall asleep too early, as I want to practise as much as possible.
