So today I`ll tell you what is working for me when I`m practising Reiki. I think it is different for everyone, but you can give it a try...
I`m using the bedroom. I like it tidy, if not, quick tidying first. Usually, I make it dark. I`m taking off all my jewellery, turning off all devices to make it quiet. I`m using Sandalwood oil on the burner, which helps me to relax better. The phone turns to quiet mode as well. At first, I tried in a sitting posture, but later on, I changed to laying down. I`m practising Reiki after I wake up. Later, I`ll need to change the time, but I`ll give you an upgrade. I grounding my energy first then starting my Reiki.
